Human ACAT2/Acetyl Coenzyme A Acetyltransferase 2, cytosolic ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative detection of human ACAT2 (Acetyl Coenzyme A Acetyltransferase 2, cytosolic), also known as cytosolic acetoacetyl-CoA thiolase. ACAT2 is a key enzyme involved in cholesterol metabolism and is primarily located in the cytosol. Dysregulation of the enzyme has been associated with metabolic disorders and cardiovascular diseases, making its accurate measurement valuable for research into disease pathogenesis and progression.
