ACADVL is a mitochondrial flavoprotein that catalyzes the initial beta-oxidation step for C14–C24 fatty acyl-CoA substrates, and altered expression is implicated in cardiomyopathy, hypoketotic hypoglycemia, hepatic steatosis, and rhabdomyolysis research models.

This complete kit includes pre-coated plate strips, calibrated standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and substrate sufficient for 96 determinations, supporting medium-throughput profiling in serum or plasma research samples.
