Human ACA-IgG (Anti-Cardiolipin IgG) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human anti-cardiolipin IgG (ACA-IgG) autoantibodies. These antibodies are recognised biomarkers for autoimmune conditions such as lupus and antiphospholipid syndrome, as well as for thrombotic events, supporting research into the immune response and potential therapeutic targets for autoimmune and thrombotic diseases.

The assay uses an indirect ELISA format with biotin-based detection, offering a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/ml and a working range of 3.125–200 ng/ml. It is validated for use with human serum and plasma samples, with broader applicability to other biological fluids. Intra-assay CV is reported as less than 8% and inter-assay CV less than 10%.
