Human ABCC4/MRP4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human ABCC4, also known as Multi-drug Resistance Protein 4 (MRP4), in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody format is intended for research in signal transduction, where ABCC4 is studied as a transporter protein linked to drug resistance, cellular detoxification, and dysregulation in cancer, inflammatory disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.

Reported sensitivity is 0.938 ng/mL with a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL, and the kit is stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. The procedure uses a pre-coated plate with a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution addition.

Validation data show linearity between 81–103% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8, with average recovery of 95% in serum, 98% in EDTA plasma, and 92% in heparin plasma.
