Human ABCC11 (ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 11) ELISA KIT (HUFI08243)

Assay Genie's colorimetric ELISA kit targets human ABCC11, also known as MRP8 (Multidrug resistance-associated protein 8), an ATP-binding cassette transporter studied in oncology for its contribution to multidrug resistance phenotypes in cancer cell lines, and in dermatology and pharmacogenomics for the well-characterized single-nucleotide polymorphism that governs wet versus dry cerumen and apocrine gland secretion. The assay delivers a detection range of 0.312 to 20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of less than 0.103 ng/mL, with no significant cross-reactivity observed against analogous transporters. Each kit is configured for ninety-six determinations and supplies a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, diluent buffers, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop reagent. Standards and samples are added at 100 µL per well with incubation at 37 °C, read on a standard microplate reader. Reagents should be stored refrigerated unless otherwise noted on the vial, and the kit is intended for in vitro research use only.
