Human A disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 1 (ADAMTS1) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human A Disintegrin and Metalloproteinase with Thrombospondin Motifs 1 (ADAMTS1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human ADAMTS1 and is supplied for research use only.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 1.56-100 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.692 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.0% and inter-assay CV is 8.6%. Spike-and-recovery values are 88% (range 82-94%) for serum and 90% (range 84-96%) for plasma. ADAMTS1 is a secreted metalloprotease involved in extracellular matrix remodelling, with described roles in tissue repair, inflammation, angiogenesis and cancer progression, supporting research in the signal transduction area.
