6Ckine, also known as CCL21 or Exodus-2, is a homeostatic chemokine that directs lymphocyte trafficking to secondary lymphoid organs through binding to the CCR7 receptor. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie targets the secreted chemokine in samples including cell culture supernatants, plasma and serum specimens, run on a pre-coated microplate.

The assay reports a detection range of 31.2 to 2000 pg/mL with a sensitivity below 10 pg/mL, and requires 100 µL of sample per well. Researchers commonly apply this kit to studies of T cell migration, dendritic cell homing, lymphoid tissue organization, and tumor microenvironment signalling along the CCR7 axis.
