Human 6-phosphofructokinase type C (PFKP) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's PFKP ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of human 6-phosphofructokinase type C (PFKP), a key regulatory enzyme in glycolysis. The kit has a detection range of 1.56-100 U/L and a sensitivity of 0.781 U/L. Intra-assay CV is 6.9% and inter-assay CV is 8.9%. Specificity is demonstrated against natural and recombinant human 6-phosphofructokinase type C (UniProt: Q01813). Linearity has been evaluated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at multiple dilutions, and recovery averages 95% for serum (range 89-101%) and 97% for plasma (range 91-103%).
