Human 5'-nucleotidase (NT5E) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate and reliable detection of human 5'-nucleotidase (NT5E), also known as CD73 or ecto-5'-nucleotidase. The kit measures NT5E levels in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human 5'-nucleotidase.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.183 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 5.3% and inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Linearity has been validated in serum (90-119% across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16), EDTA plasma (82-107%) and heparin plasma (90-117%). Average recovery is 96% in serum and 98% in plasma.

NT5E hydrolyzes extracellular nucleotides into membrane-permeable nucleosides and exhibits AMP-, NAD-, and NMN-nucleosidase activities. It is involved in purinergic signaling, inflammation, immune response and cancer progression, and has been linked to autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular disorders and tumor growth. The protein functions as a disulfide-linked homodimer GPI-anchored to the cell membrane (UniProt P21589). For research use only.
