Human 5-Nucleotidase/CD73 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative detection of human 5-Nucleotidase/CD73 (also referred to as 5'-NT, NT5E, E5NT, eNT, NTE, or Ecto-5'-nucleotidase). The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with reactivity specific to human specimens.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. The kit may be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. The workflow follows a standard sandwich ELISA protocol, with absorbance read at 450 nm after addition of TMB substrate and stop solution. CD73 plays a key role in regulating extracellular adenosine levels and immune responses and is implicated in inflammation, cancer, and vascular disease.

Recovery data are as follows: serum averages 94% (range 94–100%), EDTA plasma averages 94% (range 91–100%), and heparin plasma averages 96% (range 86–99%).
