Human 40S ribosomal protein S14 (RPS14) ELISA Kit

The assay provides a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.175ng/mL.

RPS14 is a cytoplasmic component of the 40S ribosomal subunit belonging to the S11P family of ribosomal proteins, where it contributes to protein synthesis. The kit is reactive with human samples, supporting research into the role of RPS14 in disease — including Chromosome 5q Deletion Syndrome — and its dysregulation in certain cancers and genetic disorders.

Quality control data show an intra-assay CV of 7.4% and inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Recovery ranges from 87-99% in serum (average 93%) and 89-101% in plasma (average 95%).
