Human 26S-PSM (26S Proteasome) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate and precise measurement of 26S proteasome levels in human samples. The 26S proteasome is a key component of the cellular protein degradation pathway, regulating protein turnover and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of the proteasome system has been implicated in various diseases including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions.

Built on a double-antibody Sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric detection using a TMB substrate read at 450 nm, the kit has a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C and are stable for 12 months.

Reported linearity ranges across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 (n = 5) are 86–105% for serum, 82–101% for EDTA plasma, and 83–105% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges (n = 5) are 86–105% for serum, 88–102% for EDTA plasma, and 85–99% for heparin plasma.
