Horse IL-8 (CXCL8)DIY ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie DIY (do-it-yourself) immunoassay targets equine IL-8, the CXCL8 chemokine that drives neutrophil recruitment during inflammation, and is widely used in studies of equine recurrent airway obstruction, endometritis, joint disease, and colitis. Because researchers coat the capture antibody onto their own microplate wells, the format scales from a few wells up to 10 plates without paying for pre-coated wells they will not use.

Unopened reagents should be stored at -20°C and protected from light, with a shelf life of approximately 6 months; reconstituted components are refrigerated and aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
