The Assay Genie Horse CCL4 DIY ELISA Kit targets equine CCL4, also known as macrophage inflammatory protein-1 beta (MIP-1β), a CC-family chemokine secreted by activated macrophages, dendritic cells, and lymphocytes. The kit supports quantification relevant to equine inflammation, respiratory infection, and immune response research, with reagents supplied for up to 10 plates per pack.

DIY flexibility lets laboratories coat microplates with the supplied capture antibody and configure experiments at their preferred scale. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody benefit from aliquoting followed by storage at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw degradation; unopened components should be kept refrigerated and protected from light until first use.
