hnRPD (Phospho-Ser83)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA is designed for the accurate detection of HNRNPd protein phosphorylated at Ser83 in cell lysates. It uses an indirect ELISA format in which a target-specific primary antibody is captured and detected with an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody, producing a colorimetric read-out at 450 nm. Phosphorylation of HNRNPd at Ser83 has been linked to cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making the kit a useful tool for studying the protein's role in cellular processes.

Reactivity covers Human, Mouse and Rat, and the workflow is intended for adherent cell culture.
