hnRNP Q Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

This Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables qualitative detection of hnRNP Q protein expression in cultured cells, using a colorimetric readout at 450 nm on a 96-Well Microplate format. Built on an indirect ELISA format, the assay uses HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies together with target-specific primary antibodies, providing a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow for screening relative protein levels and the effects of treatments, inhibitors, or activators.

Validated for Human, Mouse, and Rat samples with an adherent cell sample type, the kit supports a dynamic range of greater than 5000 cells. Two normalisation strategies are integrated: a monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody serves as an internal positive control for target absorbance values, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step allows results to be normalised to cell density. The kit is stored at 4°C with a stated stability of 6 months.
