hnRNP M Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

This cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of hnRNP M levels in cell lysates and tissue samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method at 450 nm and is validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with a dynamic range of more than 5000 cells. Utilising a lysate-free, indirect ELISA format, the kit captures hnRNP M via specific primary antibodies, with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies binding the Fc region of the primary antibody to enable a colorimetric readout upon substrate addition. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance values, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method can be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences. The kit is suitable for measuring relative hnRNP M expression in cultured cells and for screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, or activators on hnRNP M levels.
