HDAC4 (Phospho-Ser632)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the sensitive and accurate measurement of HDAC4 phosphorylation at serine 632 in cell lysates. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method at 450 nm with a dynamic range of greater than 5000 cells and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The assay employs an indirect ELISA format in which the target is captured by phospho-specific primary antibodies, with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies binding the Fc region of the primary antibody. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is provided to allow absorbance values to be normalized to cell amounts.
