hCG beta Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit enables qualitative measurement of hCG beta (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin Beta) protein expression in cultured human cells. The assay uses a lysate-free, indirect ELISA format in which hCG beta is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, with colorimetric readout at 450 nm. It supports high-throughput screening applications, including evaluating the effects of treatments, siRNA, chemicals, or activators on hCG beta levels in cells.

For normalisation, the kit includes an anti-GAPDH monoclonal antibody as an internal positive control and provides Crystal Violet whole-cell staining to adjust absorbance values to cell density, compensating for plating differences. The assay has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and is supplied in a 96-well microplate format with storage at 4°C for 6 months.
