Hamster IL-1 (Interleukin-1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie hamster interleukin-1 immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of IL-1β in hamster-derived biospecimens using a pre-coated microplate strip format. This 96-well plate kit targets a key pro-inflammatory cytokine central to hamster models of respiratory infection, inflammatory disease, and immune regulation studies.

Sample handling and storage: Biospecimens should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles and stored refrigerated prior to assay; unopened kit vials and microplate strips should be kept refrigerated and protected from light to preserve shelf life. The detachable strip-well plate format allows researchers to run partial batches.
