Guinea pig MMP8 ELISA Kit

MMP8, also known as collagenase-2, is a key enzyme in extracellular matrix protein degradation and plays a critical role in tissue remodelling and repair. Reported linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma falls between 80% and 105% at dilutions of 1:2 to 1:8, with recovery averages of 91–93% across the same matrices. Components should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months, with certain reagents protected from direct light.
