Guinea pig Interleukin 12B (IL-12B) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Guinea pig IL-12B ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of the p40 subunit, an approximately 40 kDa cytokine component shared between IL-12 and IL-23 heterodimers. Researchers studying Th1-mediated immunity, mycobacterial infection models and vaccine responses in cavy model systems use this microplate-format kit to assess cytokine output from stimulated splenocytes, draining lymph node preparations or bronchoalveolar lavage samples. Each kit ships with a pre-coated plate, lyophilized reference standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate and chromogenic substrate solution; reagents should be stored refrigerated and protected from light until first use, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of working standards should be avoided.
