Guinea pig Interleukin 1 Beta (IL-1b) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie kit quantitatively measures Interleukin 1 Beta in guinea pig biological samples using a two-antibody ELISA format. The standard curve spans a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity of less than 5 pg/mL, enabling accurate quantification of both basal and stimulated cytokine release. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant IL-1β standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. Recommended sample volume is 100 µL per well for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, or tissue homogenate. Reconstituted standards and diluted samples should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C or below to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while unopened kit components are refrigerated at 4 °C and protected from light.
