Guinea pig Interferon Gamma (IFNg) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Guinea pig IFN-gamma ELISA Kit quantitatively measures interferon-gamma in guinea pig samples, including tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatant, using a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody. The standard curve spans 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of less than 9.375 pg/mL, and the protocol uses an approximately 100 µL sample volume per well. Reconstituted standard and diluted samples are added to the plate, followed by the detection reagent and a streptavidin-HRP conjugate; the reaction is stopped with stop solution before absorbance is read. All reagents are shipped refrigerated on ice packs and stored at 4°C until the expiration date on the vial labels.
