Guinea pig IL4 ELISA Kit

The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection. Reported sensitivity is 4.688 pg/mL with a working range of 7.813-500 pg/mL, and the kit is intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months. Validation data include linearity across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum 88-105%, 96-104%, 90-102%; EDTA plasma 92-101%, 84-98%, 84-100%; heparin plasma 82-97%, 84-99%, 87-91%. Recovery ranges were: serum 86-102% (average 94), EDTA plasma 89-102% (average 95), and heparin plasma 89-105% (average 99).

The assay procedure involves reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and a stop reaction with absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
