Guinea pig IL17 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of IL17 in guinea pig samples. The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL, with a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions has been evaluated in serum (85–91% / 88–100% / 82–96%), EDTA plasma (85–105% / 92–100% / 90–100%) and heparin plasma (85–101% / 82–96% / 85–101%). Recovery averages are 94% for serum (range 87–101), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 90–105) and 97% for heparin plasma (range 88–102). Components should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, with the microplate strips usable for 1 month at 2–8°C or 12 months at −20°C when resealed with desiccant.
