Guinea pig IL12 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit is formulated for the precise measurement of interleukin-12 (IL-12) levels in guinea pig samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. IL-12 is a critical cytokine involved in regulating immune responses and inflammation, and is engaged in the activation of T cells, natural killer cells, and other immune cells. Dysregulation of IL-12 has been linked to autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and inflammatory disorders.

The assay uses colorimetric detection with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Recovery has been assessed across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. The procedure comprises reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB substrate color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after the stop reaction. The kit is intended for various research applications and is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
