Guinea pig FOXP3/Forkhead box protein P3 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich (double antibody) ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of FOXP3/Forkhead box protein P3 in guinea pig samples, with a colorimetric detection read at 450 nm. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

Validated performance data from the manufacturer show linearity across dilutions and recovery characteristics for the listed sample matrices. Reported linearity ranges are 98–104%, 85–103%, and 86–103% for serum; 84–100%, 83–94%, and 85–96% for EDTA plasma; and 80–95%, 81–99%, and 88–95% for heparin plasma (each at n=5 across the tested dilutions). Reported recovery averages are 94% for serum, 92% for EDTA plasma, and 93% for heparin plasma, with corresponding ranges of 93–100%, 92–100%, and 86–99% (n=5). The kit includes a Bradford Reagent component to support protein quantification and sample normalization for lysate-based workflows.

Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C, with components sensitive to direct light protected accordingly and the lyophilized standard stored sealed with desiccant. Additional equipment required includes a 37°C incubator, a plate reader equipped with a 450 nm filter, precision pipettes with disposable tips, distilled water, disposable tubes, and absorbent paper.
