Guinea pig Eosinophil Chemotactic Factor (ECF) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA quantifies eosinophil chemotactic factor (ECF), a circulating chemokine that directs eosinophil migration to inflamed tissues in models of allergy, asthma, and parasitic infection. The peptide is closely related to eotaxin (CCL11) and shares functional overlap with mast cell-derived mediators of immediate hypersensitivity.

The kit provides a pre-coated plate, lyophilized recombinant standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer concentrate, and plate covers. The standard curve spans 7.8 to 500 pg/mL, with a sensitivity of less than 4.5 pg/mL when 50 uL of sample is loaded per well.
