Guinea pig cTn-I/TNNI3/cardiac Troponin I ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of cardiac troponin I (cTnI/TNNI3) in guinea pig samples. The kit is intended for cardiovascular research, supporting studies of biomarkers relevant to conditions such as myocardial infarction and heart failure, where elevated cTnI3 indicates cardiac muscle damage.

Validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples, the assay delivers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Reported linearity spans 87–105% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with average recoveries of 93% (serum), 96% (EDTA plasma) and 93% (heparin plasma).

The protocol uses primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after addition of stop solution. Components should be kept at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months under those conditions.
