Guinea pig Cholecystokinin A Receptor (CCKAR) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie CCKAR ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of cholecystokinin A receptor levels in guinea pig research specimens. CCKAR is a G-protein-coupled receptor expressed in the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, and central nervous system, where it mediates gallbladder contraction, pancreatic enzyme release, gastric emptying, and satiety signaling. Each Assay Genie kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent.
