Guinea pig ANP/Atrial natriuretic peptide-converting enzyme ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of ANP (Atrial Natriuretic Peptide) converting enzyme in guinea pig samples, validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody assay uses a colorimetric readout, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.

Validated performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Recovery has been demonstrated in serum (85–100%, average 92%), EDTA plasma (92–104%, average 98%) and heparin plasma (91–104%, average 98%), while linearity at 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions ranges within 81–101% for serum, 84–104% for EDTA plasma and 83–101% for heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

By enabling accurate measurement of ANP converting enzyme — a key regulator of blood pressure and fluid balance — the kit supports research into cardiovascular disease and hypertension.
