GSK3alpha (Phospho-Ser21)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of GSK3alpha phosphorylated at Ser21 in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format, in which a target-specific primary antibody is recognised by an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody to generate a colorimetric signal. It is described as lysate-free and high throughput, making it suitable for screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on GSK3alpha phosphorylation.
