GSK3alpha Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of GSK3alpha protein expression in cultured cells, using a 96-well microplate format and an indirect ELISA approach. GSK3alpha is captured by target-specific primary antibodies, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that bind the Fc region of the primary antibody catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit is lysate-free and supports high-throughput workflows, enabling measurement of relative GSK3alpha levels in adherent cell cultures and screening of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators.
