GRB10 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the qualitative measurement of GRB10 protein expression in human cell lysates and tissue samples. The kit uses a high throughput, lysate-free, indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies capture GRB10, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody to generate a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control, and the Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method can be used to determine cell density for normalization of absorbance values. The kit has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, is supplied in a 96-Well Microplate format, and is intended for use with adherent cells. Storage is at 4°C for 6 Months.

GRB10 is an adaptor protein involved in insulin and growth factor signaling, with dysregulation linked to diabetes, cancer, and obesity.
