Golimumab (Simponi®) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s colorimetric free-drug ELISA uses the sandwich principle for the quantitative determination of golimumab (Simponi®) in serum and plasma samples. It is optimized with Simponi® and is for research use only. Standards and diluted samples are incubated in microtiter wells coated with reactant; an HRP-conjugated probe binds the captured golimumab, and bound enzyme activity is detected with a TMB chromogen substrate. The colour developed is proportional to the amount of golimumab in the sample or standard, and results are determined directly from the standard curve.

Reported specifications include a detection limit of “100 ng/mL” and spike recovery of “85-115%”. The total assay time is “70 min” and the required sample volume is “10 µL”. Absorbance is read at “450/650 nm” after the reaction is stopped with an acidic stop solution. The kit provides ready-to-use standards and controls, assay buffer, peroxidase conjugate, TMB substrate and stop solution, wash buffer concentrate and adhesive foil. Shelf life is “1 year”; store at “2-8°C” for long-term storage.
