Goat Interleukin 12B (IL-12B) ELISA Kit

IL-12B is a driver of Th1 polarization and NK cell activation, so quantitative readouts of p40 are commonly used to track cell-mediated immunity in goat models of parasitic infection, viral challenge, and vaccine response. Because p40 can be secreted independently as well as incorporated into IL-12 or IL-23, free IL-12B measurements complement pathway-specific cytokine data when dissecting which arm of the helper T cell response is engaged.
