Goat IFN-gamma ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Goat IFN-gamma ELISA Kit is a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody assay designed for the precise measurement of IFN-gamma levels in goat-derived samples. The kit is reactive with goat and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric.

The assay has a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a range of 7.813-500 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n = 5) is reported as 89-103% at 1:2, 89-105% at 1:4, and 85-99% at 1:8. EDTA plasma (n = 5) shows 85-101%, 82-95%, and 92-98% across the same dilutions, while heparin plasma (n = 5) shows 81-95%, 88-96%, and 81-99%. Recovery ranges are 89-105% (average 97%) for serum, 85-105% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 87-105% (average 98%) for heparin plasma.

The protocol involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after adding stop solution. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
