The assay uses a colorimetric readout and covers a quantitative range of 0.312–20 ng/mL, with universal reactivity. The kit is supplied for research use only. Included components are a dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution, and plate sealer, with most reagents stored at −20 °C and a small number at 4 °C.
