GLU2B Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

Assay Genie's cell-based ELISA kit provides a colorimetric method (read at 450 nm) for measuring GLU2B (glucosidase 2 subunit beta; gene symbol PRKCSH) protein expression in cultured cells, with demonstrated reactivity on human and mouse samples and a quoted dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. The assay is configured for adherent cell applications and is presented as a lysate-free, high-throughput format.

The kit uses an indirect ELISA workflow in which GLU2B is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included to serve as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step can be used to determine cell density, allowing the readout to be adjusted for plating differences. Reagents are stable when stored at 4°C for 6 months.
