The working detection range spans 1.56 to 100 ng/mL with a sensitivity near 0.1 ng/mL, requiring only 50 uL of sample per reaction well. Investigators studying maternal nutrition, pediatric growth, or liver disease biomarkers can apply the kit to track retinol-binding protein status or response to supplementation interventions.
