General Hydroxyproline (Hyp) ELISA Kit

Because hydroxyproline is largely restricted to collagen and related structural proteins, this marker is widely used to estimate collagen content and turnover across fibrosis, bone metabolism, wound healing, and connective tissue biology research.

Investigators apply this competitive immunoassay to evaluate collagen deposition in pulmonary and hepatic fibrosis models, track bone resorption in osteoporosis studies, and quantify collagen breakdown products in arthritis and tissue injury workflows.
