Fyn (Phospho-Tyr530)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed to monitor phosphorylation of Fyn at tyrosine 530 in cultured cells. It provides a convenient, lysate-free, high-throughput and sensitive format for measuring relative levels of phosphorylated Fyn, and for screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals) or activators on Fyn phosphorylation.

The assay uses an indirect ELISA format. Target-specific primary antibodies capture the analyte, while Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, enabling fluorometric detection. Plates are read at Ex/Em 651/667 (Dye 1) and 495/521 (Dye 2). A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of Fyn (Tyr530) is provided to normalize RFU values for the phosphorylated target.

Reactivity is established for Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The dynamic range supports measurement above 5000 cells, and the kit is supplied in a 96-well black clear-bottom microplate format. Storage is at 4°C with a stated stability of 6 months.
