Fra-2 Transcription Factor Activity Assay

Fra-2 (Fos-related antigen 2) is a member of the Fos family of transcription factors that dimerizes with Jun proteins to form the AP-1 complex and bind the TRE DNA consensus sequence. This Assay Genie kit quantifies active Fra-2 binding in nuclear and cell lysates using a colorimetric microplate format, supporting research on AP-1–driven gene regulation in cell proliferation, differentiation, and inflammatory signaling. Each kit provides reagents sufficient for 96 Assays, and components should be stored refrigerated at 4°C.
