FOXO4 (Phospho-Ser262)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Cell-Based ELISA Kit designed to detect phosphorylated FOXO4 at Ser262 in cell lysates using a colorimetric method read at 450 nm. The assay is reactive with human and mouse samples and works with adherent cells, supporting studies of FOXO4 activity in cellular processes such as apoptosis, cell cycle progression, and stress response.

Detection uses an indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies capture FOXO4 (Phospho-Ser262) and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining can be used to determine cell density.
