FOXO1A (Phospho-Ser329)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a cell-based ELISA kit for the quantitative detection of FOXO1A protein phosphorylated at Ser329, as well as total FOXO1A expression profiling. The colorimetric assay is read at 450 nm and uses an indirect ELISA format, in which FOXO1A-specific primary antibodies are bound by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.

The kit is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and has been validated for adherent cells, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. It offers a lysate-free, high-throughput workflow suitable for screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors, or activators on FOXO1A phosphorylation. Normalization is supported by an included anti-GAPDH monoclonal antibody as an internal positive control, together with a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method for adjusting absorbance values to cell density.
