FOXO1A (Phospho-Ser319)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A convenient, lysate-free, high-throughput and sensitive cell-based assay from Assay Genie, this kit is designed to monitor FOXO1A phosphorylation and expression profiles in cells. It enables measurement of the relative amounts of phosphorylated FOXO1A (Phospho-Ser319) in cultured cells, as well as screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on FOXO1A phosphorylation. The FOXO1A (Phospho-Ser319) Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit uses a fluorometric detection method.

Qualitative determination is achieved through an indirect ELISA format: target is captured by FOXO1A (Phospho-Ser319)-specific primary antibodies, while Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, allowing fluorometric detection. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target RFU values, alongside an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of FOXO1A (Phospho-Ser319) for further normalization.

With a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, the kit is reactive in human, mouse and rat samples and is stored at 4°C with a stated stability of 6 Months.
