FOXO1A (Phospho-Ser319)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the sensitive and accurate detection of phosphorylated FOXO1A at serine 319 in cultured cells. It uses a lysate-free, high-throughput indirect ELISA format in which FOXO1A (Phospho-Ser319) is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm. A monoclonal antibody against human GAPDH is included to serve as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining may be used to determine cell density after the colorimetric measurement.

The kit is intended for measuring relative levels of phosphorylated FOXO1A in cultured cells and for screening the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals) or activators have on FOXO1A phosphorylation. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, is suitable for adherent cells, and has a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells.
