Fos (Phospho-Ser362)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A cell-based phospho ELISA kit from Assay Genie provides fluorometric detection of phosphorylated Fos at serine 362 in cultured cells. Designed as a lysate-free, high-throughput assay, the kit uses an indirect ELISA format for qualitative determination, capturing Fos (Phospho-Ser362) with target-specific primary antibodies and detecting the bound complex via Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies.
