FLT3 (Phospho-Tyr599)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Cell-Based ELISA Kit designed for the accurate and precise detection of FLT3 phosphorylation at tyrosine 599 in cell lysates. The colorimetric in-cell ELISA is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is suited to oncology and hematological research, where phosphorylation at tyrosine 599 is critical for FLT3 signalling and is commonly dysregulated in malignancies including acute myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

The kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high-throughput and sensitive assay for adherent cells that uses an indirect ELISA format, in which FLT3 (Phospho-Tyr599) is captured by specific primary antibodies while HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyse a colour-forming reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalisation, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step can be used to determine cell density.

Detection is read at 450 nm with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, and the kit may be used to measure relative amounts of phosphorylated FLT3 in cultured cells and to screen the effects of various treatments, inhibitors, or activators on FLT3 phosphorylation.
